ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Account Manager supports our sales team and mortgage lending clients and works closely with internal teams in order to provide excellent product, data information and service to our customers. The Account Manager attends industry trade shows and travels to customer sites to support ongoing sales efforts.  

Additionally, the Account Manager maintains client profiles in our CRM application, reviews legal contracts and sales proposals. The Account Manager also monitors residential property data, conducts data research and reports any issues. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience in a complex data sales or support environment.
  
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access. Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, with PowerPoint and/or Visio and organization skills. The Account Manager to provide sales to our customers.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, with a take-charge approach to getting things done XML and SQL Database knowledge and CRMs Sales Logic a plus service to our customers. The Account Manager is an easy to implement, cost effective way to increase although it does provide many of these functions and more.
